She stayed on top of not only the home we were selling, but the one we wanted to purchase as well ensuring the timing was perfect to minimalize any risk on either side. Closings for both were carefully staged and the sell and purchase were seamless!! My family and I can not say enough good things about Kathleen, from the moment we contacted her (she came very highly recommended) I could tell that she was on our side. Kathleen bent over backwards to accommodate my parents during the sale of our Brookhaven family home, providing additional information when requested, meeting with us at hours that worked with our schedule, and constantly remaining our advocate. Kathleen's knowledge of the current market and years or experience resulted in over 15 offers all higher than we had originally listed our home for and she was able to negotiate a fantastic deal which allowed my parents to remain in the home for a month after the sale, allowing them the time that they needed. Kathleen worked tirelessly with the purchaser, ensuring that my parents rights (and dignity) were respected, and the end result was a painless, efficient sale that benefited both my parents and the new owner. Bottom Line- If you are looking buy a new home or sell your home anywhere in the state of Georgia your doing yourself a huge disservice if you don't contact Kathleen and secure her services. Kathleen Longspaugh is THE realtor that all others should be measured. We engaged Kathleen to help us find a house and to list our home for sale. She was thoroughly prepared for our initial consultation and provided a detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for our home sale listing. Kathleen recommended a listing price that far exceeded our expectations. The sale process was effortless as Kathleen worked very hard behind the scenes handling viewing scheduling, buyer information requests, and transaction processing. The listing photos of our house were breathtaking. The MLS listing write-up was descriptive, well-written, and captured all of the positive attributes of our home.
